Always so nice and friendly! Also the girls always take care and do an amazing job on my sns nails. Don’t have to sit there for hours but never feel like they are rushing. Been to 5 or 6 nail salons in Richmond and this is my favourite by far!

Just moved to Melbourne and always challenging to find a new excellent waxing professional. It is about trust, way more than knowing all about their profession. It is about the way they make you feel comfortable, communicate and you feel like you can tell them anything in a space of respect and trust. Melanie was amazing, welcoming, warm and professional. Wonderful eyebrow waxing appointment. We were treated wonderfully & are happy with the appointment and results.

Cindy is an absolute professional. I've gone to her for builder nails, eyelash extensions, and brow lamination so far, and I've been very happy with everything she has done for me so far. The nails last ages, and don't chip. You only have to replace them as they grow out. I get lots of compliments on them. The lashes are lovely, and look pretty natural which I like. The brows I tried for the first time, and I'm sure I'll be back! Overall would highly recommend Cindy. She's very friendly and warm, makes you feel at ease right away. She also has the cutest kitty, Cleo.

Love this place. A secret well kept in Richmond. Hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, waxing, pedicure, manicure all in one place! Clare (owner), Jay and Vivian live to provide excellent outcomes for clients. Awesome experience every time. Nothing like it anywhere!

Tracy is the best nail technician in Richmond. She always does a fantastic job and is great to deal with and is very efficient.
