Lovely and peaceful morning experience. Environment is calming with the right amount of warmth and background music. The offer of cold drinks is a treat. The consultant who looks after my nails always has a pleasant approach and is knowledgeable regarding all treatments she provides, I'm grateful for her advice if I ask.
