I love my visits to Vanity on Blackbird Road Leicester. The staff are always friendly, professional and offer a high quality service to their customers. The salon is immaculately clean and Covid safe.

What an amazing and relaxing place to go, I had my lashes and some waxing done by Monet. She was great, so pleasant and comforting. It has a lovely ambience - such a good feel place to go and so welcoming. It will now be my new go to for all beauty treatments xxx Thanks girls xxx

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Long session of electrolysis today! Grateful to say I don’t look like a billy goat 🐐 anymore! Not the most luxurious of treatments, but I felt quite comfortable enough safely in Donna’s magical hands! Great treatment for permanent hair removal and not nearly as painful as repeated waxing or use of an epilator. And Donna really does have the most nimble of hands! ☺️

I was served by Hannah who was so lovely, warm and welcoming. We spoke non stop throughout my treatment and it didn’t feel like I met her for the first time. She was so nice and even made me a lovely cup of tea. It didn’t feel awkward or uncomfortable. The barn was a warm and cosy setup and private too. Overall, definitely recommend this place. The salon is immaculate and Sam is always welcoming, professional and friendly. It’s always a treat to come here! It’s the best salon by far in Leicester! Even better than the big names like Clarins.

Very happy with my first visit to Elesha. Lovely welcome, room was losy warm on a freezing day and very good back massage working well on all those tight muscles.
