I decided to try intimate wax because shaving was irritating my skin, Kim was the most perfect choice I could wish for. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. Her knowledge and explanation of the process was great, she is definitely a master in her field. Waxing itself went smooth (pun intended!) I had very good experience and my skin feels amazing. It was not pain free, however it’s literally seconds and the results are incredible and so worth it. I’m so happy I won’t ever have to shave again, wish I’d done it sooner. Thank you so much Kim! 😊

I've been having waxes with Michaela for about 4 months now. I'm really noticing a difference in hair growth & the wax is pretty much painless. I'll never go back to a razor! I used to suffer from really bad ingrown hairs & irritation, that's eased off so much since waxing & keeping up with the aftercare. Plus I love the chats! I had a massage, gel manicure and waxing all by the Spa Therapist Lily. Lily was an absolutely amazing therapist. The massage was so relaxing, it enabled me to slow down which I usually find it very hard to do. Also, the quality of waxing and manicure was amazing as well. Such a pleasant and kind manner. When you arrive, Kim makes you feel extremely welcome, explains everything what happens in your appointment. She is highly professional and also can have a great conversation with as well. I wouldn't look back now, waxing is the way forward! And I have Kim to thank for that! 100% recommend going to Kim!
