Emma is honestly the best! I feel bad that this is the first review I have written for her because I have been going to her for years and after every single treatment (facials, massage, nails, waxing, tints to name just a few!) I have walked out glowing and happy. Emma's professional and technical knowledge is invaluable and this in turn makes every experience tailor made and unique to your requirements. I see Tracey at Tranquility as she is excellent at waxing services. She's very professional and friendly. I wouldn't have my waxing done anywhere else now as I've had some bad experiences when trying other beauticians closer to home.

I had a Havening treatment last night , and it was a truly powerful experience. During the session, I found myself crying, which I hadn’t expected, but it felt so cleansing and natural. It was as though a weight I’d been carrying for a long time was finally being released. The process felt gentle yet incredibly effective, and I left feeling lighter and more at peace than I have in ages.
