I greeted when I enter but i didn’t get any response ( let’s say thr busy or didn’t see me) Staff walking In front of me many times doesn’t bother to asked me at all, 5 mins pass of my appointment time I introduced myself bcoz it’s like I don’t exist.. my first experienced it’s not a friendly or welcoming environment.. BUT I’m happy with my lashes and my brows Alix is brilliant so I gave 5 star she’s enjoying it and she takes her time to do it . AND For my nails…the staff she’s in a rush and she’s rough. My nails don’t cleaned well and to be honest I’m not happy with my nails service..
