I felt comfortable and in control of my hair. Listened to. Safe. That is what I want when I have to sit down and trust a stranger to envision what I see for myself. Today was my first time going to the skin Beauty ( Basement Hair Margate ) I was Greeting it at the door by one of the staff i can't remember her name but she make me feel welcome didn't get to do what I wanted and that was Classic lashes extension but I did get my eyebrow wax I must say the Environment so friendly and I will going back thank to the staff that explain everything to me

Jo is fab at waxing - really thorough, and always enjoy our chats during the appointments too! I've been going for a few months now, and I'm already seeing that my leg hair isn't growing back as much, which has been great. Lovely salon, Jo is fab - really recommend!

Danielle is the best stylist and colourist. She always treats my hair in a way to promote the integrity and health. My hairs never been so healthy. It always looks and feel fabulous. And we get a few hours to gossip and to vent in a friendly and safe environment. Good for the hair and the soul.
