Pamela was so lovely and welcoming. My step daughter had a blow dry dry and curls, it looked beautiful and so bouncy exactly what she was after.

Pam is always amazing! I came in with sad, grown out colour in need of a refresh. My slightly bizzare description of what I wanted was turned into amazing vibrant colour and my hair feeling soft and silky! ❤️

First visit to the Loft with Pamela. Pamela was very welcoming and I felt relaxed straight away. We discussed my requirements and Pamela checked I was happy at every step of process and before leaving, see you again in 6 weeks

Megan always does an amazing job. I get so many compliments about my hair once I’ve been to see Megan.

Another fantastic appointment with Pamela. Today was just a cut and blow dry but due to highlights growing out, I was left with spots around my crown. Pamela immediately pointed this out to me and offered to update my appointment to include a toner to ensure I was leaving the salon with the best hair style.
