Really happy how my MIL whi has Alzheimer's was taken care of by Nikki. It is always stressful getting Joan to appointments, and no way of knowing how she will be on the day. I had a fabulous experience here today. Kelby ensured she understood my hair needs before cutting. The cut was perfect, the blow dry styling was beautiful. I felt very reassured by Kelby throughout the whole process. I will definitely return and shall bring my daughter with me. Thank you Kelby.

I had a great time as a first timer. My hair is wavy and very thick so i was apprehensive that a dry cut could be done but this was no problem for Robyn. Usually hairdressers ask me to straighten my hair before coming in but the team here are opposite. It is a very personalised experience with a friendly team. Thank You

I had the best first visit to Wilderness yesterday. Lovely atmosphere in the salon too. David was amazing, he really listened to what I wanted and made a few great suggestions about small tweaks to the shape once it was dried. The curl by curl cut when my hair was dry was so much better than the usual wet cuts. The wet brush I bought is going to be an absolute game changer. I’ll see you again in November xx

Had a lovely wash & blowdry ,very happy with it.the lady that done it was very nice.

It was my first time a Black Heart Training Academy I want to get my hair dyed a different colour and it looks absolutely fantastic. The staff were great very helpful very attentive. I already booked my next appointment to get my roots done and a cut and blow These are my permanent Hairdressers now and it takes a lot for me to trust someone with my hair and they’ve got my complete trust

Had my consultation last week and my first visit today to have my cut and colour. I have naturally warm hair and wanted to feel creamy blonde or ash without feeling dull and grey but also I didn't want to feel as warm as I am naturally. I felt it hard to explain like I was asking for the impossible, however Beth gave me the creamy blonde nicer than I expected with a lovely curly blow. It looks classy. I am very very happy and will be retuning from now on. Thank You 😊

I always look forward to my visit. Kelby and her Team are always genuinely welcoming. My hair cuts/blow dry are exactly what I ask for. A lovely feel good factor when you leave. Overall experience 10/10.
