Liana is so top tier! So warm and welcoming, super professional and friendly. The experience I had was definitely by far the best I’ve ever had with any other beauty therapist/hair stylist. She is great at answering any questions and gives very genuine recommendations in relation to products and general hair health. I came in with my dry, damaged and thinning hair. After describing what I wanted I forgot to show her my inspo photo, and by the end of the appointment I was suprised that what she had done was EXACTLY what I wanted. Oh and did I mention she has 14 years of experience 😍

I got my hair done by Shayla and she was very lovely. She listened to what I wanted but also gave me some helpful tips about what would suit and what wouldn’t. In the end I loved the way the colour turned out. She was professional and personable. Would 100% book her again! Thank you Shayla.

I bought a voucher for my daughter at Grabone for hair cut, half head foils blow dry. Roselyn is incredible skilled, friendly and experienced. My daughter is over the moon with the cut colour & style, Roselyn really understands about hair she is an expert.I had acrylic French nails done with Ashley, the best I ever had cheaper than mall salon but with superior quality. The salon owner is also lovely so helpful. I’m coming back in 2 weeks. If you are looking for a place with outstanding service affordable price and honest expert advice, this is the place to go. A hidden gem in Otahuhu!

Amazing staff, super friendly. Always really good experience with lashes and brows. Even doing piercings, they are very talented trust them to always do an amazing job.

Good experience but they forgot my discount of $10. And charged me full $75 for layer cut and blow wave. Anyway, the haircut was very nicely done and straightened friendly service as well. :)

It was my first visit to the salon and i was beet nervous as you never know how a stylist will be with yojr hair especially when your fussy with the particular colour and style. I had Sashi ans she was amazing she knew exactly what i wanted and the colour i had turned out perfect and exceeded my expectations. My hair was very dry and damaged when i went into the salon, and when i left it felt silky smooth again and my hair life again. Great customer service and great vibe in the Salon Highly recommend this salon 😄😄
