Incredibly knowledgable care. An injury that I had come to think of as chronic and that has left many a physio scratching their heads in bafflement was immediately diagnosed and I’m getting treatment and an exercise programme that are helping. I had more of less given up hope and now after just three weeks of treatment I’m able to run again. I also have an improved understanding of the mechanics lying behind my injury and why the treatments and exercises are helping the way they are. I am so happy to have found M20!

For nearly two years, I have experienced intermittent lower back pain, and despite seeking help from both NHS and private health professionals, nothing seemed to help. I thought I will just have to live with the discomfort. After speaking to Ryan, who also happens to be my swimming instructor, we decided to try a session focused on addressing the issue, and after just one session, I already feel significantly better. Found Ryan to be both experienced and knowledgeable as a physio. Initial consultation was thorough and included exercises to determine extent of injury, plus stretches to do to aid recovery. And follow-up consultation focused on rehab, isolation exercises then functional exercises to correctly diagnose and treat. Weekly sports massage sessions at times are intense and at times enjoyable. Do feel better afterwards. Also helps that Ryan is so cheery and talkative.
