I was a tourist visiting Plymouth for a couple of weeks, and Nancy and the team couldn’t have been friendlier. Nancy also does a great job with eyelash extensions. Very excellent Salon!

Had a self care day at the salon (hands and feet shellac, LVL lashes and brows) . First time at the salon and all made me feel so welcome!! Lovely decor and cute cups for their drinks. Have pre booked in until the end of the year. Amazing all round xxxx

This was my first visit to Glow Up, for a LVL with Louise. She'd done my patch test with no issues. She explained the process and made sure I was comfortable. Previously with other LVL's I have had streaming, stingy eyes afterwards, but I had none of that this time, and had the best result I have ever had! I have quite short, downward pointing lashes so I was worried we wouldn't get a good result, but Louise did a fantastic job! I will definitely be going back to Louise and would not hesitate to recommend her.

I had an amazing experience with Avril at Beauty Within. I had multiple appointments for different services (massage, manicure, pedicure, brow lamination, lashes and some waxing). Avril was exceptional at everything and I feel totally pampered and beautified 🥰 all the staff here are friendly and welcoming. Beauty within also runs extremely well operationally, all my appointments were on time and I found Avril to be super efficient and professional. I am super happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

Easy and comfortable experience with Shannon. First time having both a brow wax and a lash lift and tint -- which has now encouraged me to get it regularly in the future. Calming familiar music, great conversation and the process was explained in detail throughout.

Arianna is amazing at what she does! I have been having my nails done by Arianna for a couple of years, and I love them every time. I have recently had an eyelash lift and tint, and I could not be happier! Arianna is so talented and I would not go anywhere else! 💕
