Highly recommend Elixir. It is always such a treat to visit Elixir, the warm welcome is the beginning of what is never a disappointment. Claire's caring and professional style is first class. I tried float therapy and an infrared sauna—and the float was an entirely new experience! I’ve never been able to float in water, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. At first, it felt strange, but as I relaxed and let go, the weightlessness and stillness created a surreal sense of calm and happiness. For someone who rarely gets to disconnect, this was transformative. Floating wasn’t just relaxing—it felt like a reset for my mind and body. If you haven’t tried it yet, you absolutely should!

The red light sauna set up at Spa Float is brilliant. The young guy who works on the desk is really welcoming, polite, courteous and has a natural customer service personality. Only issue I’ve experienced recently is the shower being scolding hot, which is the opposite of what you want after a 70 degree sauna. That just needs sorting out asap, otherwise, great facility.

Back again for another lovely facial with Sophie! Discussed my breakouts and had some blue and red LED therapy to target bacteria and pigmentation in the skin and then a lovely hydrating facial mask after to target some dryness leaving me feeling refreshed for the day!

Went in full of muscle aches and tightness, came out feeling lighter than air. Bridget did an amazing job with a full body deep tissue massage, super friendly and warm atmosphere, will definitely be going back regularly!

Fantastic place with some great treatments. Very knowledgeable and super friendly staff (Francis) made us feel welcome and explained everything, reassuring us with any of our concerns. It was our first time coming, hopefully not our last. The floating chamber is like nothing I've ever experienced. I just wish I booked longer.

In depth and helpful. Rose is very friendly and thorough. Happy to answer all questions and very knowledgeable in both treatments and skin care products. Took her time and created a plan moving forward.

Claire as always created such a wondered treatment for me. I always feel incredible following my time with her but also look incredibly rested and well. A very skilled yet natural feeling treatment.

She was extremely knowledgeable when talking through my skin routine and made some suggestions on things I could change to benefit my skin. The facial itself was so lovely including the facial massage. My skin feels incredible already and I can’t wait for my next treatment 😍
