It is so lovely to find a place where every one is so professional, highly skilled and customer service is impeccable! I came today got hair extensions with Dionne she is the best in London her technique, her hair and just her! Monica did my blow dry after beautifully ! And Mawra did my nails I feel pampered listened to it was like a fun day out! Highly recommend as it saves time being able to do every thing together and the salon is stunning!

Nicole is great as always! 😃 I booked for hand massage due to muscle tension and the pain related to it, after her massage all the discomfort and pain are gone ☺️ she’s a great person as well because she advised me the right exercises for my hands and the stretches in order to prevent any more pain for the future and also which supplements and food to eat . I cannot recommend Annita enough she’s amazing!! The environment was absolutely calm clean and completely private. Claire is absolutely brilliant and I feel more relaxed after a massage.

Had my 2nd Japanese spa treatment with Kelly today. All I can say is WOW! As a person with Afro hair that is delicate and easily tangled, Kelly would be the most gentle and skilled person that has ever handled my hair. I am really pleased to have discovered and visit this salon, despite my 1.5hour travel from outside London albeit well worth it! With their professionalism and impeccable service, I’d consider the salon a hidden gem on the High Street. I’m definitely going to book my third visit shortly.

Talk about stepping into a relaxing, intimate SPA-like space, candle light with aromatherapy and calming spa music. Ohh and fluffy white towels, need I say more... I can't fault you for anything! If anything, I was PLEASANTLY suprised. You, definitely set the tone, the mood right and the bar pretty high 💐!! I even feel asleep during my treatment👌🏿. Jade is warm and very professional. She is very knowledgeable and friendly and works really hard to give her client the best outcome . After a second visit I can see positive benefits of my wood therapy . I highly recommend her .

I really enjoyed the treatment. I was looking for something similar in London for a long time. My scalp feels great and it also felt really relaxing, with eye mask, gentle head massage and exfoliation. I really recomment it to anyone.
