Absolutely fantastic massage - one of the best I've had. Charlotte found the knots and got them out while still managing to leave me feeling relaxed. Excellent facial too, she really took the time to talk me through my skin concerns and suggest treatment options. I'll be back soon!

I can honestly say I had the best facial I've ever had! Whilst Botanicals Bakewell is not a spa, I felt and was treated like I had entered one. The receptionist gave me a warm welcome and a drink, it felt very relaxed and just has a lovely feeling to it. I booked the Timeless Rose Age Confidence Facial with Libby who made me feel at ease, we spoke to discuss the treatment but then during the facial Libby let me melt away and just enjoy the experience. As part of the facial I was also treated to an arm and hand massage. I will be back for sure and highly recommend.

Amazing from start to finish. Gail is very patient, understand of my needs at the start. Then the most amazing facial started, with her magical gentle hands. And then finished off with magical shoulder massage and soothing eye mask. Absolutely beautiful and spa-luxury in a small place. Highly recommended 👏 ✨

I bought this massage for my daughter as a Christmas gift. She absolutely loved it. As a very busy Mum it was lovely for her to take time out for herself to be pampered. Also she has an ongoing problem with her shoulder which was recognised and treated. She will definitely be returning .

Well what a FANTASTIC day I had with Lucy, completely pampered for head to toe. Gel manicure & pedicure beautifully sparkly ready for our holiday. A full aromatherapy body massage & finally the most luxurious collegen facial I have ever had leaving me feeling totally relaxed. (This was my Christmas present from hubby).
