This was my first experience with Jaz and certainly won’t be my last. She is very welcoming and friendly and puts you at ease straight away. Jaz is very knowledgeable and has provided me with my first ever sports massage and it’s left me feeling lighter and refreshed ready to jump back into my busy lifestyle. I would recommend!

Brilliant! What I appreciated most was the Katherine’s attention to detail and ability to find the problem spots without me having to say a word. My range of motion improved immediately, and I left feeling refreshed, with much less stiffness in my neck and shoulders. This was honestly one of the best sports massages I’ve had, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone dealing with muscle tension or looking to improve mobility. I’ll definitely be booking another session soon!

WOW WOW WOW. On Friday evening I had a 90 minute Thai sports massage with Aom. It was such a brilliant massage. I explained I had plantar fasciitis and was in lots of pain with my feet and legs. She listened to my problems and dealt with them. I’ve woken up today being able to walk again and not in pain. Aom has a gift for massage and is a lovely lady as well. I highly recommend Aom and I already look forward to returning soon. Thank you.

Honestly, best massage I’ve ever had. The Thai sports massage had enough pressure to really get at the knots deep in my back, and Wandee made sure to get at everything else too while primarily focusing on my back. Will definitely be coming back for more work.

I asked for a deep tissue massage and that’s what I got! Jazz got rid of most of my knots (there were a lot and they were deep) Very friendly and affordable! Recommended.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Never had a sports massage before but I will definitely return. Went in for a massage targeting the hamstrings, ended up with a full body sports massage that felt like no other massage I had before. Josh is very easy to talk to and has a lot of knowledge when comes up to muscles. Definitely recommend. Cheers mate💪💪

Staff was very friendly & we really enjoyed the massage! We got couples massage for 45mins which was divine. They helped target muscle aches & pains without it been too uncomfortable. Felt very relaxed after. Would definitely go again & would recommend! Thank you to staff for a great massage!

The massage was amazing, Jaz made sure she knew what I needed before the massage and we spoke over my goals and any pains. She was comforting for my first time visiting her too and we had a nice conversation through the massage but she also gave the option to not chat so it was nice to have that option. Also nice to not feel rushed and a free bottle of water was a nice touch for after the massage! Will definitely be returning

Fantastic massage as always!

I had a pregnancy massage with Dawn. I was experiencing all the usual third trimester aches and pains, and wanted some time to relax and reset before baby arrives. The massage was absolutely wonderful. Dawn made sure that I was comfortable throughout and helped support bump with different pillows and positions. She covered my whole body, focussing on my back and hips which held a lot of the tension. When I sat down the evening after my massage, I could really feel the difference! I would highly recommend for other mums to be.

I hadn't seen Sam for a clinical sports massage in YEARS, but it felt like only a week had passed as we caught up! Sam is the only massage therapist that can make me feel human again and I've made sure to book my next two appointments in advance! She also gave me lots of recommendations to help ease my sciatica and strengthen the muscles in my back - Sam is incredibly knowledgeable, the best in the biz!

Today was the first time i'd been to The Lanes, I had walked past the clinic in the past and wondered what it was like inside. As it is my birthday this weekend I decided to have a massage as a birthday present, so i booked a treatment online. I had a very achy back and legs prior to treatment. I left feeling absolutely relaxed and ache free. Bernadette is a fantastic massage therapist with wonderful skill and healing hands. I loved the building and the room was cosy and peaceful.
