Last night i came for foot reflexology looking for Alin, but too bad she is on off day...attended by Niyah...she is just as good as Alin.My husband was attended by Aulia, whom my husband claim was just as good as Incess. Great customer service and honest in conducting the massage... Thank you to Lawa Lawa staff... Thumb up to all of them

I enjoyed the scrub and massage. Very nice. I am willing to come again. Areas of improvement; to have usher at spa entrance, welcoming drinks and hot water at foot washing station. Better if there is a dedicated person for foot wash so clients are more pampered. And enough masseuse/therapist so clients don't have to wait.

The massage was great and relaxing. I went on Monday and the environment was peaceful. The person who gave me massage was very friendly and polite. She offered you advices according to your body and also asked for your permission/preferences beforehand. The place is also nice for hijabist like me. Will definitely repeat and recommend!

Kak Maha was amazing as usual. Did a combo foot massage w her previously and really loved it because she was so accurate about my body so I decided to do a 60 min full body aromatherapy w her and I loved it!! Will be visiting monthly for massages w her :)

I went there regularly. Today, I went for 2 hours massage & dry cupping. I personally requested for Kak Rahayu to attend me. She is very experienced, I had a backache but after got massage from her, I felt no pain. I really recommend Lawa Lawa Spa & Kak Rahayu.

Definitely 4.5 ⭐️ for Irfan. It’s my second session with him. His skills is excellent and very experienced in his work. I felt good after the massage. KSL City Mall outlet is great and very relax as not many customers there. Certain outlets are noisy and not enjoyable experience.
