I can honestly say I had the best afternoon being pampered. The deluxe manicure was very relaxing, the only improvement on that would be for it to be done in a more relaxed setting. Reclining chair would help. The massage was amazing & the best I've ever had.

I have just been for my appointment The Intuitive Escape // Bespoke Massage I picked the 2 hour session and this session was so fulfilling. Kat is so knowledgeable and caring she used everything that would be most beneficial for me. I walked in feeling tense, a heavy head with a lot of bad energy. Sophie gives the best massages I've ever had! It's such a good price too. I'm definitely booking in with her for a massage every month from now on so that she can keep working out the knots in my shoulders. I've never been able to relax during a massage like I can when Sophie massages me. My brain usually won't shut up, but Sophie manages to apply the exact right amount of pressure to help me relax and forget about my worries. She deserves a raise!
