Lauren is so lovely, honest and comforting the minute you walk through the door to the minute you leave. There’s no pressure with what to choose to have, there’s so many options and she explains everything so so well, from the fitting of hair to the aftercare. I knew I was going to love my hair but Lauren exceeded my expectations by a mile, I feel like princess. After suffering from hair loss/damage I lost confidence and was unhappy with my hair and extensions, not anymore :) Never been happier with my hair🫶🏼 Wouldn’t recommend anyone more. Thank you Lauren, you are SO talented.

Such a great time with Claire. Going from brown to copper! We had a Good giggle and Claire is so professional and warm. Hair looks great (albeit taking a bit of getting used too) but I would defiantly reccomend this place for anyone wanting a small trim to a big change. Great :)

Another wonderful cut and root touch up with Kim. Such a friendly and relaxing place to be. Love the chat and giggles, and love the attention to detail that Kim always shows. Kim is able to add her own finishing touches when I can't decide how to style my hair, and all the products smell amazing too ❤️ thanks.

I first came to Lauren in 2022 and had a meshless integration system put in as I had alopecia areata and androgentic alopecia and wanted an option to cover up patches, Lauren was fantastic at pricing things up and letting me know which options were best for me. I had the system for a few months and my hair grew back so much on top I could just wear extensions and wow she’s just amazing at what she does! She’s also the most loveliest person and so down to earth. I travel all the way from Liverpool (2hours) to see her as she’s just the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, thank you Lauren Xx
