Melanie is like an artist knowing exactly what is needed to make you look and feel your best. She is warm and immediately put me at ease Iv already booked my next appointment

Being a sat it was very busy in the salon the hairdresser that put my colour on said I would have it on for 45 minutes it was over an hour before they washed it out And once washed out and rough dried the hair dresser should really come over and see that you are pleased with your colour not shout across the salon while she’s seeing to her client

I had my brows microbladded for the very first time by Ellia and they look fabulous! I am older lady and wanted to retain a natural look. I am a very happy bunny with the results. Ellia is very professional and knowledgeable, she explained the process at each step, making me feel relaxed and at ease. Aftercare provided for the do's and don'ts. Returning in a few weeks for my topup x

As someone who is pretty needle phobic I was a little apprehensive about my appointment, but I had nothing to fear. Aside from the slight discomfort (to be expected) Ellia has a very light touch, and she made the whole experience very manageable.
