I had a 1hr bespoke facial with Alexander. It was incredible. I love all the products that re:lax use and the massages in between sent me into the deepest state of relaxation. I left feeling so happy and calm. Not to mention, GLOWING skin. What a bloody treat! So happy they’ve opened in London Bridge, the perfect place to stop off before your commute home.

Took my 13 year old son for a teen facial.. He secretly loved it… Suzi made him feel relaxed and welcoming then explained everything she was going to do to his face at each stage … I’ve never seen my son so relaxed… was a lovely treat especially to get him off the Xbox for a bit.. lol

I came for extractions as I’m currently dealing with acne and Edith was very knowledgable, kind and understanding. Extractions are never fun and she was very supportive throughout and tried to make the process as swift as possible. I called before making a booking as I am allergic to parabens and she was very accommodating and made sure to check her products’ ingredients. She also gave great advice on what products to use and devices to purchase without placing any pressure. One of the rare places in London where the business is authentic and wants to help their clients improve their skin!

Fantastic hydra tight facial with Amy today, she explained everything thoroughly at the start & as you go along. Really lovely relaxing hand massage whilst under the light too which is a lovely bonus. My skin looks & feels very clean & much tighter than when I went in! Highly recommend.

I have been to so many places for treatment. That's including very popular places in Central London as I lived near Central befor I moved to Crystal palace. I was looking somewhere new for my treatment and I found this Gem call " La Belle Jolie"!!!. Outstanding treatment came with Outstanding service from all the staff. I simply Couldn't thanks enough. Traveling for two weeks, my back and neck were sore from sleeping on a hotel bed. I found this gem that had great reviews so I booked a 90 min massage. The massage was fabulous!! I wished I would have found this place sooner so I could have gone twice while in London. The price is very inexpensive for the amazing service they provide.
