I had an appointment with Erica at Hair Collection Tokyo Subiaco on December 8 at 11:00 am for a haircut and highlights. I have been entrusting Erica with my hair since February or March of last year, and she has consistently delivered exceptional results. Erica is always attentive, patient, and thorough in understanding my preferences and needs. Fleur is the first person in years to achieve a blonde that isn’t brassy, manage greys and freshen my cut all in a timeframe that is always spot on and under 3 hours!! Amazing service as always. I came back for a balayage refresh since my last appointment in May 2023. My quality of the balayage was topnotch that I didn't feel the need to refresh since the regrowth blended in so well even after many months. Yasu's detailed consults allowed me to just fully relax during the appointment since I knew he'll get me the results I wanted. The whole appointment was relaxing - from the drinks service, to hair washes and head massages, and to the final styling. I will come back to Hair collection Tokyo over and over again for this level of service and balayage quality.
