Lovely approachable greeting by Chantelle who introduced herself as the person who would be cut/styling my hair. Lady who washed and massaged did so with respect ensuring I was comfortable at all times. Chantelle discussed the style/ shape I was after. She achieved the concave bob style I was hoping for. Very friendly and definitely will return.

I had such a beautiful experience with hairdresser Kim. It was my first time seeing Kim (I usually see Tabetha who is on parental leave) and she was so lovely to chat to, I adore my colour and cut. I had 3/4 head of foils with a cut and beach waves style. I am always happy with my hair from BAE Salon.

I walked in knowing I wanted my hair shorter and bleached, but not fully knowing what I wanted exactly. Aiden convinced me to get a buzzcut AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! I couldn't really picture myself with a buzzcut, but I trusted in Aiden's vision and HE DELIVERED! Really love my new look. Aiden and everyone there were so lovely! Such a relaxing and fun vibe. Aiden's got such an eye for what looks good, and I'm SO GLAD he convinced me to go with this look. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!

I went to Pelo for the first time today. I was looking for some big changes and got some very reassuring advice from the stylist. My hair feels amazing and the colour is exactly what I was after, I was undecided about the cut and I communicated that during my appointment, but also didn’t know quite how to express what I wanted differently. The stylist was reassuring and gave me some options to tweak it in a few days after I live in it for a bit. The most genuine and luxurious salon experience I’ve had in a long time. I’ll be back.

Had a great experience. Really made me want to be more consistent with hair care after getting my hair looked after so wonderfully at Pelo by Lago! The vibe is warm and comfortable and the staff so accommodating! Every step of the way I was consulted and left feeling confident and relaxed! Considering my aversion to any (especially strong) fragrances was so surprised that my hair smelled subtle and still beautiful! I look forward to coming back!
