I had a colour, Keratin treatment and a cut done at Express Otahuhu. The staff were very friendly and professional. They talked me through what was happening at every step of the Keratin process. I would certainly recommend their services to those wanting a Keratin treatment.

Darshita and Team are so wonderful - am glad to have found them (customer for nearly a year now). So trustworthy and obliging to cater for those running extremely late due to Traffic coming from West to South AKL. They've kept my hair coloring on file and what needs to be done for next scheduled visit. Love the team and would highly recommend them - Make an Appointment 'Online Booking' is better than phoning in, cause they could be busy with customers.

I have been coming here to Kess since 2022 and the results they produce on my hair is unmatched, not to also mention the prices are affordable and worth it! I’m talking almost $40 cheaper for a hair wash, dry and GHD straightening compared to other salons. Also the advice they give to ensure healthy hair and also not overselling their products but giving recommendations. I always go here when I can but they’re usually full so always book an appointment to secure a spot! I have never left here disappointed and today after a long night shift I felt so good and pampered with my hair🥰

Great experience. They even accommodated to my tight schedule. Really enjoyed the conversation and most of all was very happy with the results for my hair. I did the keratin treatment. Will be a regular here.

The most incredible experience from start to finish. The ambiance is inviting and the stylist is phenomenal, taking her time to understand what I wanted and offering expert suggestions. The service itself was impeccable and the end result exceeded my expectations. My hair looked and felt amazing!

I always had a perfect haircut and I never had my hair cut anywhere else since then 👌

It's was really good I had Dave do a keratin treatment he always asked if I was comfortable. My first time experience at this hair salon. Also got a discount really expensive tho $30 for a trim 😅 almost $300 for a keratin treatment happy I got a discount tho.
