This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.

Super happy with my cut and style by Lia. She really knew what she was doing and was friendly and professional. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

They listened carefully to our requests and made sure all our concerns were addressed before proceeding with the treatment.
