The staff greeted me with smiles and offered refreshing water, setting a perfect tone for my pampering. The massage, conducted by Karen under Jemma's guidance, was tailored to my needs. They explained the treatment thoroughly, ensuring I felt valued. Karen used soothing aromatherapy oil, and her perfect pressure eased my tension. I felt completely relaxed throughout this unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone

I had a lovely massage with Casey who is training I have neck and back problems with a few other ailments I felt fantastic when I left yesterday.Once you walk into Cassidys you feel welcome.Thank you ladies.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 121 with Cassidy. FIRSTLY, just the care she took to ensure everyone who came in, including the model wore a mask as I'm underling chemo was so incredible. It was such a relief that there was not an punch of judgement (you'd be suprised how people can be). She took her time with me, was completely thorough and I genuinely can't believe the value for money. I asked if I could add on a nail art course too which she was more than happy to. I can't wait to practice now at home and I recommend Cassidy's 100%! :D

Maddison was great as always and her and Cassidy create a relaxed salon environment that I feel so comfortable and chilled in. My nails are stunning as always ♥️

I had the lovely Madi do my nails today. She was amazing, made me feel safe, happy and at easy. She gave me a movement break when I needed as I have ADHD. Madi spoke calmly and slowly to me so I was able to understand what was being said to me. The time I was having my nails done it Madi looked after me and treated me with respect. It felt like I was talking to a friend. I highly highly recommend Madi and the team at Cassidy’s.

Very friendly - Great products too, I would normally have issues with the chemicals but these are great and never experienced any fume irritation. Bonus too as I have really noticed my lashes being thicker and longer due to the natural products
