Come in with a fair amount of lower back pain and stiff hips 1 hour treatment allready feel lot looser and better also gave me advice on strechs and workouts to help me from future back problems would definitely recommend

Only person who is passionate about his work and helping people with physical issues. Best person to go to in Crawley for treatment

Amazing experience. So much was done within 1 hour to address my back pain, very deep tissue massage using various methods, and advice was given for ongoing stretching and training. No pressure to have multiple sessions, but the option is there which I will be taking up. Relaxed atmosphere and made sure I felt comfortable with the pressure and techniques used. Would highly reccommend.

Cannot recommend this business enough. Gayan was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease throughout. I came out of my treatment feeling lighter and more mobile, the service I recieved was personalised and so professional. I will most Definately be returning as a regular for my MOT. I would highly recommend a visit. Every part of the treatment was clearly explained. A thoroughly professional service provided throughout, as well as some personalised advice on specific exercises to help build strength back into the effected area. I will certainly look at booking in again for their MOT treatment mentioned on the website.
