Kate was very knowledgeable about what I needed and what was wrong and how to fix the tightness in my calves, I've been to physio in the past but nothing had worked till I got the massage and been able to relieve the tightness, 2 weeks till my next appointment but I could have lay there all day, definitely something I'll be repeating monthly

I had the best three hours at P&P with Gemma this morning. I was after relaxation so started with an hours guided meditation and finished with an hour and a half mind and body balance. Pure bliss, Gemma you are amazing Thank you x

A totally blissful aromatherapy massage. The effects will carry on as long as the lovely aromas of the oils used. Gemma’s expert treatment left me feeling totally relaxed with all my tensions dissipated .

I come to posture and poise for a sports massage because I hold a lot of tension in my upper back and shoulders. Kate is strong and always manages to attend to the knots I'm my back with care & good humour (the tension in my shoulders can be really tough!). I always leave feeling much lighter, at ease and smile on my face after pottering around their lovely shop which has a great vibe. Thanks guys!

Cannot recommend these ladies enough! Their customer service is second to none! They understand my complex medical issues, adapting and personalising my massages accordingly. Every session I hobble on their down and broken but leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and positive. Their healing hands are a blessing

Can’t rate my massages highly enough.Kate has really helped my back and shoulders. Anyone having problems with back or shoulder pain book an appointment as soon as possible. I would recommend 100/percent .
