Genevieve is an absolutely lovely human putting me at ease as soon as I walked in the salon. She's very knowledgeable in her field and talked me through every step of the piercing so I knew what to anticipate when. Another amazing piercing thanks to Genevieve! I went in with a specific piercing in mind but Genevieve took the time to explain why, anatomically, it would be a poor fit for me and she suggested an alternative which I love! There is never any pressure during her appointments and she takes the time to relieve any anxiety. Lots of chatting and laughing works a treat! I couldn't get a piercing anywhere else. Can't wait to come back and style with cool pieces sometime in the future!

Genevieve is absolutely great. Explains the process, lots of attention to making sure piercings match up on both sides, a slight sting and it’s all done. Left with an aftercare packet . Have had piercings with Genevieve before and didn’t have any problems at all post piercing. Would ( and have) recommended friends to go to her for piercings.
