This is a review for Sarah (SJ Muscle Recovery Sports Massage). I can honestly say this was one of the best sports massages Ive ever had- and I’ve had a lot! I can’t recommend her highly enough. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and clearly applies that knowledge to her massages. The level of detail was fantastic and the assisted stretching was such a great addition to the massage. I felt so much better afterwards. If you feel like you need a sports massage, don’t hesitate to book Sarah!

I have been going to elements now for many years and it is still always a lovely place to relax and have a treatment. Today I had a luxury pedicure with Chloe which was just amazing, followed by my nails done with Hayley! The new receptionist Bev was so friendly and welcoming! too! This is a review for Sarah at SJ Muscle Recovery. After years of back ache and being told I need some deep tissue massages to get rid of the knots in my back, I finally decided to do something about it and Sarah came to the rescue. She is highly knowledgeable in the field and really made me feel at ease from the off. Sarah ensures to target the areas that are most troublesome and let me tell you the girl has got some strength - my clenched teeth were proof of that! 😅 After only two sessions I already feel so much lighter and less tense. Can't recommend her enough!
