Had two treatments and both went well. Lovely place with a relaxing environment. Both Clare and Leanne were very welcoming and Clare answered all my questions in regard to other treatments. I am definitely considering have further treatments here in the future.

I visited Pure Nine Beauty today for a lash lift and eyebrow lamination and tint. The woman who did my treatments (didn't get your name, sorry!) was incredibly compassionate. I was feeling quite stressed and had to check some emails and speak to someone during the appointment. She was very understanding and didn’t rush me, noticing that I was somewhat distressed. After finishing my tasks, I put my phone away and fully engaged in the treatments. We chatted throughout the appointment, and I was very pleased with the results. I 100% recommend Pure Nine Beauty and will definitely be returning.

Kelly gave me all of the information about the product and procedure. She went through the aftercare advice with me and was so knowledgeable about this product and others she was working with or training in. The procedure went smoothly and I’m really happy with the results. I know Kelly said to wait a couple of days but I’m sure I see a difference already! So happy and excited to go back. As I said in clinic today Kelly, you have a customer for life! And I’d recommend you to anyone and everyone. Thanks again!
