I’ve not had laser hair removal in ages and I was so impressed, both with the state of the art equipment, and with the professionalism and expertise of Claire. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease, and the procedure was performed expertly, efficiently and painlessly. I remember it being agony in the past. This was painless. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks so much. The premises are gorgeous too and no problems at all with parking, which is always a bonus.

Laura is amazing!, she was professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and explained the who process to me. You can tell she loves her job. I had some very, very bad dark eyebrow makeup tattoos that didn't complement my skin tone.. I was so surprised the first session have lightened them so much and already has boosted my confidence. The laser machine is amazing what it can do. I'm looking forward to my next session in 6 weeks. Thankyou so much Laura 🥰

I am so happy to have found such a gentle laser for the removal of my old brow pigment, it felt like a sharp pinch but was nowhere near the discomfort I had imagined. The end goal is to lighten the old pigment enough to be recovered without compromising my skin and I am confident this will be achieved in roughly 3 sessions. These girls are so knowledgeable in what they do, and their laser clinic is beautiful and clean, they make you feel so relaxed and at ease. Will recommend to anyone who needs laser removal for their brows 💛

Laura and Ceri are fantastic I’ve been having carbon laser and ipl for a stubborn thicken skin scar on my right temple which over several treatments has dramatically reduced and now barely noticeable and not sore. I will definitely be booking to have some of their other beauty treatments.

I went to have my badly micro bladed eyebrows removed today. (Had consultation last week) totally put me at my ease, was over in literally a minute and was very successful. She was amazing (so sorry I asked for your name for the review but have forgotten!) so friendly as we’re all the staff. Excellent aftercare advice. Clinic immaculate and plenty of on road parking, Morrisons next door for an after laser treat! Would recommend 100%
