The herbal moroccan bath was amazing! The service was brilliant from start to finish. Very relaxing- could have used a bit more hot steam, it was a little cold. The polygel extensions and nail art are amazing - very happy with how Peach advised me to choose the right products. The BB Creme service was great too- discovered K18 treatment, which did wonders for my hair in one session alone! Will definitely be back

This is my first time, trying the Moroccan bath the basic was amazing the staff was very kind and sweet, this is the best bath ever took.

I visited this salon many times for hair botox, colour, and facial (whitening and Orogold). Bushra did an amazing job! My hair looks great, and my skin feels fresh. The salon is nice, and I’m very happy with the service. Thank you, Bushra! I keep coming back to this salon because their services are always excellent. Good Moroccan bath..Therapist speaks limited English, so had to show her the promotion I was booked in for, which was also in Arabic. When I came downstairs to reception at around 12:30 it smelled like staff were cooking their lunch. Maybe an idea to keep kitchen doors closed and ventilate whilst cooking. There was no spa music playing. Staff are very friendly, but could do with a bit of training on customer experience and phone use during work hours. Someone was listening to a video/recording.
