Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

Claudia is such a goddess when it comes to skincare and facials! I’ve tried one other spa for a facial and I won’t make that mistake again, Claudia’s the best! The spa is so nice, I can’t wait for my next visit back!! Thanks Bianca for opening so close to home for me and for obtaining Claudia, she’s a steal, bonus your mom is so sweet!! I really enjoyed my hydrabrasion facial yesterday, my skin is super glowy and radiant, thank you!!!

I just finished my first treatment of morpheous 8. Stephanie was amazing. She explained everything in detail. She was excellent and calmed my fears. It went very well. I had a very pleasant experience at the spa. This was my first visit. I felt safe,they took the covid protocol seriously. I was hand with a mask that looks like a beak covering the nose and mouth area. The mask did not obstruct the facial massage at all. Krista was very experience and knowledgeable. I've been to many beauticians back in Singapore and had never come across anyone like Krista. Her skills was so damn good i sure will be revisiting again for sure! Ambience was very comfortable and clean. 101% satisfactory!!!

Third time getting my lashes done by Celina, and again… my experience was GREAT! She’s always super gentle, knowledgeable, and caring. On top of that the spa offers complimentary refreshments, and a fun playlist to pass the time spent with your eyes closed. Thank you Lash Queen!
