Oihana was great. She took time to understand any previous injuries/aches/pains and asked me how firm I like my massage. I could feel her ironing out all my knots and taking time to do this and checking after. My muscles - and I as a whole - feel so much more relaxed! Thank you, as ever, UCLH Staff Spa!

Had the best experience ever! Munira was so warm and kind. I felt like I was really taken care of and felt super comfortable. BOOK your facials with Muniira ladies. She’s not only going to make your skin look and feel pretty but she’ll have you cracking up! Allahumma barik! She takes pride in her work and talks you through exactly what she’s doing. Muniira made me feel comfortable from the jump and honestly my skin feels so refreshed and rejuvenated. Today, I had the new Natura Bisse treatment and it was impressive. I would like to give a big thanks to the lovely Szandra for the wonderful treatment. Just had a great appointment with Diana. She is really good. It like a mini mental therapy + made me feeling completely relaxed. Well and a cleaner face too. Whiles we, men not really into facials the surprise at the end is something from an other world. The upside my wife goes there regularly and she comes home happy + there is that glow that radiates from my wife. Every time she goes there it get stronger. Who doesn’t love that, happy wife, happy man.

The best facial treatment - my skin felt incredibly refreshed afterwards. The staff at the clinic was very polite and I felt very well taken care of! My skin felt incredible refreshed afterwards. The masks and massage were definitely my favorite part. I recommend this place for everyone, I will definitely coming back, thank you Arenas Spa.

Had a deep cleansing facial was excellent as was Diana.

I've had much better facials. I went in 15 minutes late so the session was less than 30 minutes. She missed out exfoliating, mask and massage. I do a better job at home. I paid way too much for a this job. Not happy.

Muniira was really welcoming and friendly, she explained each step of the facial and went through aftercare as well. The whole process was very relaxing and flew by. I just wish she lived closer to me but it’s worth the journey if you’re not based in south-west :)
