Visiting Nicola and the girls is always a pleasure, they are all very professional, caring and lovely. I know Nicola since few years back, I tried different treatments with her and she always sends me home relaxed and very satisfied. Lauren has done my hairs for years and I would not go anywhere else ! She listens and knows exactly what you want and in my case tells Me what I don’t want !!! All the girls and so lovely , all get on together and make you welcome. You will not find a better team anywhere- fantastic salon . 🙂

As always Charlene was friendly and professional in the relaxing surroundings of Charisma Salon. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my treatments. Charisma has now been open for 17 years with a loyal customer base, so Charlene must be doing something right!
