This being my first Pedicure at age 48, the experience was quite relaxing… the lady doing the pedicure was really pleasant, even diving me compliments about the state of my feet not being too bad for a first time. Although the ambiance of the facility was not 5 stars, the service was memorable. You can tell Mrs. Holder knows her stuff and love her customers. If I didn't know better id say she loved me the way she paid careful attention to detail even the massaging between my toes (which I like way too much.) I came away feeling satisfied yet wanting more like next I want 2 pedicures 😆

For the most part it was good the pedicures and gel polish manicure. With the tint brow service it was just okay. My idea of tinted brows was a little different. I guess it would be best in the future to educate the customer on the service before the scheduled appointment. I must say that the therapist who did the tint brow was extremely helpful, welcoming and kind. Kudos to her!!! She tried almost everything to make sure that I was satisfied.
