Natalie made me feel totally at ease at my first appointment with the treatment plan we put in place after a medical history chat & an examination of my face. She explained everything in detail & was very careful to ensure I understood the details & answered any questions. Natalie has recommended some products that I could benefit from using as part of my daily skin care & I feel she has a very professional approach to her clients concerns & wellbeing in general, I’m excited to see the results happening!

Fabulous as always 🤗 Lee chose a blend of colours which suited my skin tone and the season. Expertly cut my nightmare hair and I left looking and felling amazing.
