I enjoyed the scrub and massage. Very nice. I am willing to come again. Areas of improvement; to have usher at spa entrance, welcoming drinks and hot water at foot washing station. Better if there is a dedicated person for foot wash so clients are more pampered. And enough masseuse/therapist so clients don't have to wait.

First time trying lawa lawa spa @ pandan. Very great experienced. Had a very pleasant massage session with Dahlia. Highly recommended for those who loves going to the massage and then to having great foods around pandan.

I recently visited LAWA LAWA SPA @City Square and would like to express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by your team. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and accommodating. When I arrived, I was informed that the masseuse I originally booked was not feeling well. The receptionist quickly recommended another masseuse named Surya, and I must say, I loved the experience. Surya’s skills and professionalism were outstanding, and I felt truly relaxed and rejuvenated after the session. I will definitely be returning and recommending LAWA LAWA SPA @City Square to others.

I like the foot treatment and my Brazilian wax experience. They were conducted by 2 different person yet both put absolute dedication to their craft. The foot treatment was pretty extensive with the mask and scrub etc.. Value for money. The person who did my Brazilian was very reassuring throughout the time. She helped point out that my ingrown hairs contributed to pimples and she cleared them. Gave me confidence to take their Rejuvena package

I went to Larkin on 16/02/24 in hoping to find a best place to get a body massage on my already sore body and was delighted tp find Lawa Lawa Spa at the ground floor. Initially i took 1.5hr massage but end up adding another half hr + Sengkak pinggang as my therapist names Nani is so experienced in adjusting my overall sore nerves and I felt so relieved after the massage. I strongly recommend to massage at Lawa Lawa Spa especially by my therapist Nani. Thank you dear Nani fr fixing my sore body. 🥰🥰😘😘

Seperti biasa tak menghampakan.....kali ini saya diurut oleh Wati, power, terbaik, sungguh berpengalaman.... Sama seperti, Nurin, Anis, Lela, Budi sering mengurut saya. The massage itsself was very good. What could have been better was if there some one from the spa to do an introduction about massage rules in malaysia would have been good (like instruction to change shoes, wash and then meet massage-professional at this location). Since coming from massage experience in thailand, in malaysia it's definitely very different, and i had no idea what to do.
