Jo is am amazing holistic therapist , I attended Sanctuary within for hot stone massage, reiki and facial which was much needed . The therapy room is warm , cosy and inviting, Jo is very skilled at putting people at ease and carrying out treatments suited to each individual. My treatment was lovely and relaxing and would definitely recommend it. I left feeling very relaxed , glowing skin and calm .

I've been struggling to sleep so I booked in for a deep tissue massage. I really liked how Jade explained what she would be doing and the extra touches she includes in the treatment such as choosing oils and relaxing inhalations. It is reassuring to receive treatments from a therapist as meticulous as Jade, a great represeantive for beauty & wellness

Mind Body and Soul. Worth more than the price paid relaxing facial. Hot stone massage to die for, and a bit of reiki healing sound bath to finish off. I'll certainly be booking again

I had a mind,body and soul treatment from Jo , its a great venue with a lovely feel,within walking distance but plenty of parking too. Jo is lovely, warm and friendly, she is very good and knowledgeable of holistic therapies and explains what to expect . I had a relaxing facial, hot stone massage followed by reiki with drumming, it was extremely relaxing and felt emotional during reiki which Jo explained was a good reaction and not unusual to experience. Afterwards I felt energised and relaxed .I would definitely recommend Jogaflows and the variety of services available.

Lovely relaxing and comfortable facial and back massage to get me ready for my Reiki treatment which was amazing . Really connected with Jo, she was able to identify issues that I have been suppressing and gave me some great advice on how to help myself.

First ever facial, Nicola gave a full consultation, and explained everything that she was going to do, very relaxing, would highly reccomend, and have booked in again.

What an amazing experience my daughter and her 2 friends had! First time for a facial and they absolutely loved it!! The choice of nail colours and the care took on the girls nails was amazing!!
