Amazing!! I've been struggling with pain in my lower back and shoulders and neck for months and finally booked in with Laura. I went for a deep tissue massage and cupping. The difference I could feel in my shoulders and neck straight after was amazing and my lower back pain was definitely eased! I'm looking forward to my next appointment :)

Had 8 sessions with Laura from January, and really look forward to each one! Was living with HORRENDOUS shoulder/neck/back pain but could pin point where the pain was, and I was on pain killers every day for about 7 years. I now manage without any most days. And I am able to locate the area which needs work. Laura is lovely and very professional. Highly recommend booking in.

I started going to M.C. Sports Therapy in the early part of this year after years of suffering with a bad back, I had been to osteopaths and chiropractors before which helped but only for a few days following my appointments. I can say that after finding Maria at M.C. Sports Therapy my back problems are immensely improved my mobility is a lot better and the pain/"twinges" are very few and far between.
