In general it was very lovely and relaxing experience The therapist was the best (Asi) she made me feel comfortable But I would like to comment that I didn’t like that I was hearing everyone outside, when they walk and talk. It would be more comfortable if we couldn’t hear them

Excellent! I had hydra facial treatment today it was great and my skin became hydrated and glowing! Malak is talented, passionate therapist and welcoming person.. I always leave her place satisfied and happy. All the best.

Amazing!

Yesterday was my first time at YIN salon and my experience was great! I had my nails done by Sahar, she’s so professional and very precise at what she does. The salon is so serene and the staff are very welcoming. I’m definitely coming back again!

Giving this place 4 stars because the mani was great, and staff and technician were lovely. Disappointed because their manicure did not include color (usually I pay only 160 SAR for both elsewhere, their mani+classic polish was 200 SAR). They also offered coffee for 22 SAR (which I found strange, it’s priced even higher than normal coffee shops). Also while doing nails, I had to get up to wash the scrub from my hands in a separate sink - would’ve preferred the technician to remove this using a hot wet towel maybe? Overall good experience, but won’t return.

Technician was great and staff was lovely, however I was disappointed because a) I was asked if I want coffee, but was surprised that they charge 22 SAR for a latte (higher than any coffee shop). Offering coffee is meant to elevate the experience but they are treating it like a business and (b) I had booked a manicure priced at 150 SAR assuming it also includes the color (I don’t pay more than 160 at other high-end nail salons for both). I was surprised that this was an additional 50 SAR (!!) making the total 200 SAR. Salon is good but don’t think I’ll come back.

Namlah is AMAZING! the salon’s atmosphere and service is great
