I have been a few times and each time he has really targeted the issue areas as opposed to other sports massages when they seem do everything and hope for the best. Most recently I had limited range of motion in my shoulder and after a massage and cupping I left being able to lift my arm above my head without discomfort. Highly recommend!

Matt is very professional and did a great job finding areas of tension and releasing the knots in my shoulder and lats. He even demonstrated how the pain could be related to an imbalance/tightness from my lower back/glutes and he managed to work some magic on them too! He really went above and beyond my expectations with what could be done in one session. Will definitely visit again for further treatments. Thank you!

Holly has been my PT and swimming instructor for a while. Today was checknin day, but due to many reasons including lack of energy I have not been to the gym. I asked Holly if she could look at my shoulder instead. Holly spent an hour with me working on my shoulder. She also gave me a stretch routine to do at home as well as a achievable programme to keep me going, even if I don't have the energy to attend a gym session. Holly is adaptable and approachable and I know that she cares for her clients too. Thank you Hols.

I had a sports massage to address my poor posture from long hours of sitting as a driving instructor. Holly focused on the tension in my back, neck, and shoulders, which had built up from being in a seated position for most of the day. The massage helped release tight muscles and eased the discomfort I’d been feeling. Matt is exceptionally talented at what he does, as someone who needs a lot of massage because of my job Iv seem a lot of massage therapists over the years but Matt is the only one Iv stick with and is by far the best. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough!!
