I had an excellent deep tissue massage. The therapist made sure she knew what I wanted to achieve before she started and then delivered. It was spot on and really sorted out several problem areas. The setting was very peaceful and relaxing too. Highly recommended.

I had an absolutely lovely, relaxing massage with Sally and I couldn’t recommend the treatment enough. It was the perfect balance between firm and feeling like my muscles were being worked on but also relaxing enough that I have come away feeling like I’m floating! The oils used were beautiful, my skin feels amazing and the little cabin was gorgeous and added such a cosy feel to the overall experience. I will definitely be back - thank you! 😊

Possibly the best facial I’ve ever had, I felt completely relaxed and for that hour appointment I completely switched off. I felt like not only was it a facial but my face had a massage too! 5* and already can’t wait to book in on our next visit! Thank you so much for such a relaxing morning.

A massage treatment that starts as soon as you pull up to the grounds of Posture & Poise. The 360 countryside view is the beginning of the best relaxation hour money can bring. The treatment is in a beautiful barn conversion and don’t be surprised if you fall asleep because Gemma is magical with her hands (not just spiritual). Highly recommended
