I can't put into words how amazing my massage was. Steph is a professional through and through. She explained every step and was always asking me if I felt comfortable. I highly recommend At One Holistic. I haven't felt this relaxed in a long time. What an experience!

It’s been a couple of months since I last had a massage from Steph. Today has been so needed after a hectic month. As usual Steph is thorough and makes sure to check all your needs including your mental health. My aromatherapy massage was absolute bliss and even though we chatted a bit I was still so relaxed I could have drifted off to sleep. Next time I won’t leave it as long, this is definitely something I intend to treat myself to on a regular basis and I can’t wait to go back and try some of her other therapies.
