Helen is absolutely wonderful at sports massage. Helen came recommended and after just two sessions I noticed a huge difference in the flexibility of my shoulders and neck after lifting weights. I’m delighted that Helen has resolved the pain I had in my shoulders so I am able to get back to the gym. Highly, highly recommend!

Had an amazing 2 hr session with Helen today, no length of time is ever long enough! Helen's knowledge is second to non, I don't have to tell her where I hurt, she is experienced enough to know by touch. She spends time working on areas where there's pain and I always leave feeling I've had a good reset. Today was a little different, Helen was using me for some practise work which was good to be a part of. Ayurvedic massage and the different approach to massage really leaves you feeling relaxed. I'd recommend Helen without any hesitation.
