Sleep Deep massage way to go! Heineken reaches parts other beers don't as does Sharon with this massage. She modified it slightly to help my bad back andI have just had a pain free 2 hour sleep. Pure joy.

I booked a sports massage with Hannah. The treatment was just what I needed to relieve the pressure in my neck and shoulders. I would highly recommend Active Motion and Hannah in particular who was very professional and friendly. I will definitely be rebooking.

Absolutely Fabulous. Kelly is amazing , had a pedicure and foot massage . So relaxing and nails great too. Also had an eyebrows,lip and chin wax and now I feel great and the results are just perfect. I am back in 2 weeks … certainly recommend Kelly.
