I had a set of Russians for Christmas and they are perfect! 😍 Beauty room is immaculate with and en-suite attached. Certifications on display. Professional and welcoming. All patch tests and forms completed prior to treatment. Chiara whilst professional is so kind and caring, she talked me through what she was doing and really put my mind at ease. I have sensitive eyes and she took care and paid attention to detail. As a glasses wearer I wasn't sure Russians would work for me, Chiara made sure my lashes sat perfectly under my glasses and followed up to ensure all was OK. Amazing service! Xx

From the moment I met her, I knew I chose well! After sitting down initially and discussing what I was hoping to get from therapy, a plan was in place and a short session confirmed I was in good hands. Today I had a head massage by Nadiya - it was sublime ! The pressure was exactly right and it felt wonderful ... at one point I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep, but stopped myself as I didn't want to miss anything! I would thoroughly recommend this treatment as a de-stress - thanks Nadiya x
