I've had massages in the past and it feels like the therapists feel that the only way to make a difference is to inflict pain on the customer. Yashoda doesn't do that. She's also lovely, easy to talk to and genuinely cares for those who come to her, wanting to help them feel better, physically and emotionally. :)

Amazing ⚡ I had a terrible pain on my left shoulder, and because of that very stiff neck and headaches. Been seeing lots of therapists and was all a waste of money and time. Yashoda fixed me in short time and I will be going to see her regularly now. Better to prevent than cure. She's not only an experienced therapist but also very professional and calm and serene. Left feeling mush better and more positive. Thank you so much Yashoda and see you soon😊 Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hydrotherapy excellent but Aspire facilities badly need updating.

Had a great shirodhara treatment and Vandana was excellent. Would definitely try all the differenttreatment there !!

It was my first visit to Yashoda, as soon as she opened the door I felt very warm energy from her & she was very welcoming. She truly listened to my concerns and did a wonderful massage therapy session for me. I haven’t had anything like this before. At the end, she gave me very valuable advise for some home care. It is very obvious she has a gift and she cares deeply about her work. The homemade oil she used for the massage was also wonderful. I left feeling the sense of peace I haven’t felt for a long time. Thank you for your light Yashoda.

I did a yogi facial with Yashoda today and I have to say this is the best facial I have ever done. Her guidance and knowledge is one part but she really pours herself into the treatment. I can distinctly tell the difference in my facial skin. The glow and the uplift is very evident. Great atmosphere too. I see myself going again. Can’t wait to try the body massage. I’m very happy with Andrew and feel so much better. However the pool was not warm and last week was the same.

Yashoda was very welcoming and provided a great space for the treatment. The massage was just what my body needed. Will definitely be booking again !

I came in under a tremendous amount of stress and pressure, but she managed to work her magic impeccably. I left feeling thoroughly relaxed and wonderfully restored.
