Fantastic again few sessions now and getting to the bottom of the problem. Ben always listens to my opinions on my injuries. Always helps to find a way to help me improve. Wether it be from sports massage or exercise and training advice. We wanted to work on strengthening muscles. Due to a latex allergy I’ve never been able to use bands. Ben went above and beyond by sourcing me bands to help. Highly recommend will never go anywhere else now.

I had an excellent massage. Emma was very caring and she chatted all the way through which I thoroughly enjoyed. She has loosened all the knots in my shoulder and neck. Will definitely come for another massage. The music was so relaxing too. Thanks

Fantastic deep tissue massage and remedial therapy. Ben thoroughly listens to you and does a proper Assessment. Worked on stretches working out what’s causing me issues. Muscles loosened off and plan in place moving forward. Hoghly recomend. .

Hands down have to commend Lisa for what she does.She’s remarkable at relaxing & channeling her clients.I had my first Reiki massage & this involved crystals being placed all over me. To begin with, I was very wary of the whole process.I never did something like this before so I was all very new to it.I didn’t know what to expect I had to do some research beforehand however, half way through I was flourished and by time I felt the surface & wave connect, she went around every body part erasing the negative energy.I worked on inner focus, breathing & circulation (regulate recharge).10/10 wow✨🪐🔮

I regularly visit Ben for a sports massage as I am a dancer. Before this visit my hip has been tight and sore and already after my visit it has loosened up, giving me more movement in it again. Never disappointed with my visits. They’re so worth it thank you!
